I did, I think, and I got a reply from support and yes I am using AdGuard Extra & all the other extensions from within AdGuard except the AdGuard Browser Assistant which is installed Microsoft Edge. I started using Malwarebytes Browser Guard again to block the YouTube ads et cetera, so there is a chance that AdGuard might not be working at times without me realizing it because those ads could be blocked by Malwarebytes Browser Guard instead now I would have to once again disable it to see. It blocks trackers from social media sites and basically cleans up Safari so your browsing experience is smoother. Maybe the new Adguard is taking longer than usual to activate & even after activating, it will not filter any programs that were open before it finished activating all of its services.
